These terms govern use of the Jasbasoft website and purchases made through it. Project work is governed by individual written agreements that prevail over these general terms where they differ.
Using this site
Content on this site is provided for general information. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported via our responsible disclosure process.
Services
Service engagements (design, development, cybersecurity, maintenance) are scoped and agreed in writing before work begins, including deliverables, timeline and fees. Estimates given before scoping are indicative only.
Digital products
Purchases of themes, templates, components, starter kits and resources are governed by the Licensing terms and the Refund Policy. Prices are shown before purchase; taxes may apply depending on your location.
Intellectual property
The Jasbasoft name, logo, site content and digital products remain our intellectual property except where a written agreement states otherwise. Purchased products are licensed, not sold. See Licensing.
Liability
The site and free resources are provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
