Case study Construction & property
BuildLiving Prime
One website for a business that supplies building materials, builds, develops and manages property: a shop, a property search and service requests in one consistent design.

Project overview
BuildLiving Prime describes itself as Ghana’s integrated built-environment platform: a business that supplies building materials and offers construction, property development, property management and hospitality. Its website brings all of that together under one brand.
Challenge
Very different visitors arrive at the same home page: homeowners and contractors buying materials, people looking to buy or rent property, clients who need building work, and suppliers who want to sell on the platform. Each needs a clear way in, and the site has to read as one business rather than five.
Approach
Structure
The home page opens with six entry points: shop products, request a service, post what you need, find property, sell on BuildLiving and list a property. Each leads to its own section of the site.
Design
A navy and gold design system runs through every page, from the shop to the property search, with the same headers, cards and buttons throughout.
Shop
A WooCommerce catalogue priced in Ghana cedis, with filters for category, price, brand and availability, product search, sorting, and grid or list views.
Property and services
Property search with Buy, Rent, Land, Short Stay and Commercial tabs, a project portfolio filtered by sector with status badges, and pages for quotes and service requests.
What the site does
Visitors can act without leaving the site: add building materials to a cart, search for a property, or ask for a quote or a service, each from the menu or the home page.
