04 Common questions
Questions founders ask before building.
What belongs in an MVP?
The first release should support the core customer task. We agree must-have workflows and defer features that do not help test that purpose.
Are payment and account services included?
Provider choices, integration requirements, recurring costs and security responsibilities are identified during scoping.
Can we start small and add subscriptions later?
Yes. Many products launch with manual invoicing or a single plan and add self-service billing once the core workflow is proven. The data model and user roles are designed so that plans, trials and renewals can be added without rebuilding.
