Built for the people who use it every day: we map the tasks and the access rules first, then build the workflow around them.

01 What we can help with

Turn repeated manual work into a clearer workflow.

For teams whose everyday work depends on shared sheets, duplicate data entry or disconnected systems. We map the tasks and access requirements before choosing what to automate.

  • Business and customer portals
  • Internal tools and workflow systems
  • Dashboards and reporting interfaces
  • API integrations and automation

02 How we work

From spreadsheet to system, one workflow at a time.

  1. Map the users, tasks and existing systems

  2. Agree the scope, permissions and data requirements

  3. Build and review the core workflows

  4. Test, document and plan deployment and maintenance

BuildLiving Prime

BuildLiving Prime brings a building-materials shop, a property search with five ways to look, service and quote requests, and sign-up for vendors and property owners together on one WordPress platform with a custom theme. The same approach applies to portals, internal tools and dashboards: start from the task people repeat most, then build the data model and permissions around it.

04 Common questions

Questions we are asked about custom builds.

Can you work with our existing systems?

We first review the available APIs, data formats and access constraints. Integration feasibility and responsibility are recorded in the scope.

How is custom work maintained?

Ownership, documentation, hosting access and any ongoing maintenance are agreed before delivery.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. The written agreement names you as the owner of the delivered code, the database and the documentation, and records where it is hosted and who holds access. We keep nothing you have not agreed to.

Your next step

Map the workflow you want to improve.

Share the task, the people involved and the tools you use today. We will suggest a practical first release.
